  • Apply cinnamon-infused olive oil to your hair twice a week if hair loss is your main concern.
  • Take two teaspoons of honey and three teaspoons of cinnamon in water and drink it throughout the day to lower your cholesterol levels. 
  • Cinnamon powder should be soaked in one glass of water overnight and consumed throughout the day on an empty stomach to treat PCOS. Both fertility and menstrual cycle regulation may benefit from this. 
  • One teaspoon of raw honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon should be combined in a bowl to make a paste if you want your skin to glow naturally.
